By accessing or using LinkPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinkPulse is a link management platform that provides link shortening, click analytics, QR code generation, and bio page creation. The Service is available through free and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkPulse to:

• Create links to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

LinkPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
