LinkPulse offers a free plan with no payment required. You can use the free plan indefinitely with no financial commitment.
Paid plans (Pro) are billed monthly. You are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, even if you cancel mid-cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@lnkp.dev with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.
